Tim Hines
I do hope that you get the chance to read this. We are currently waiting for news on your film, waiting for current information on its progress as its gets nearer the release date. We are pleased to see the images released a short while ago and each of us in our own ways thank you for that, but we as a WOTW fan community feel that what we need to see or hear are the matters that concern us all - the news of its relase as many of us are wondering about the relase dates as nothing has been 'set in stone' if you dont mind that expression being used. I know that many have emailed Pendragon Pictures over the last few months regarding the release date, myself included, but sadly we have not received any reply. I can fully understand that you are pressed for time, but I feel it would have been nice to hear from someone from Pendragon to reasure us. We are fans, supporters of your project. You may have people working for you, those that get paid, those that wait for the final release of the film - but WE also are part of your team and I think that matters an awful lot. Please let us now if we are 100% certain to see this film either on a straight to DVD release OR in cinamas this coming Spring, if you are unable to give us a date that is OK, but give us something to go by, something to make us reasured, like you, to have that dream come true.
All the best

I'd also like to let Tim know I'm 100% behind his movie, and share his vision. Good luck mate, and I hope everythings going well!! Congratulations on having the courage to be the first to make a proper adaptation.
Also, please don't let our heated discussions on this forum get you down or stress you out. You're doing a great job considering the task you have undertaken. Keep up the good work!!

I'd like to second that sentiment. Notice how we don't have such heated arguments over the other 2 movies, mainly because they are not faithful adaptions. Get 2 Star Trek geeks in a room together, and you'll soon have a heated discussions on topics such as 'Spock vs Data' and other pointless topics. Doesn't mean they don't love Star Trek, far from it in fact. We're pains in the ass because we care! ;D

Aye. Take from someone who got knocked for six once by a bunch of vindictive jealous anime fans and stil came out on top in that industry.
Tim Hines, you have support. This is going to work. But we really want you to help us help you and this dream come to fruition.
And in their own way, even the doubters support you, strange as it might sound ^^

As long as Mr Hines comes up with the goods -
Great acting
Great Script
Mind blowing special effects
Great musical score
Etc, etc
In other words - a damn fine movie. Then I'm 100% behind him.

Mr Hines, I support your effort 100 percent as well. I heard about your project about 6 years ago and was happy to hear that someone was going to this movie "by the book" so to speak. I think the fustration in everyones messages here in this web sites forums come from the following: 1)Stories of delays, at first, because of 9/11 and then delays to respect the victims of the tsunami disaster. I dont know if these were actually were true reasons, nor would I be the first to accuse someone otherwise without proof, but it did have the feel like you were using excuses. 2) The website didnt change much with the excecption in recent months. Any business person can tell you that, nowadays, web presence is everything and if you dont make the information online up to date and interesting to the PASSIVE observer, they will not find the product interesting and not tell people whom they think MIGHT be interesting in it. 3) Release dates. So far we only know that its suppose to be March 30th. But there is no info about distributors or markets where they might be appearing in. Ive been trying to find information about any distributors on THIS side of the ocean that would be carrying the movie but found no information.
Mr Hines...someone in this forum said "let the fans help you" Dont hide in the shadows thinking that we wouldnt want to help in anyway. Let us know what's going on. A good percentage of people that visit this website are diehard WOTW fans that want to see a good and true portrayal. We know that indie films are hard to market and I think that we, as fans, could of helped with finding distributors of this film.
Thanks for listening to me, mike from chicago illinois

Mr. Hines, I support - and cheer - you for making this true addaption of WOTW. I guess it must be hard to do this as an indie film-maker, and I respect you for trying. I realy wish and hope this is project is gonna be a breaktrough for you. Keep it up, Mr. Hines! Cheers from a fan from the Netherlands.

Germany - please Answer?
And is there a German start-release for motion picture film + for the DVD?
I and further German Fans would like the film also gladly to see!
Why actually doesn't Charles Keller give no more to no information on questions? It had nevertheless the best contact + co-operation with Timothy Hines. Unfortunately do not answer me Charles Keller to my Mails.
