I'd thought I'd have a gander at my old games and found MKII for the SNES, and forgot how blomin violent it is! It's a surprise, because it's a Snes game, and most of the others are Super Mario and other such like.
So I've been seraching the web for new games of MK and the latest out now looks fantastic! But I'm woundering it the Fatalaty moves are still, or more, extremaly violent, as it is an 18 rating.
Also, how on earth do you excecut a Fatality/Babality/Friednship on MKII? I've got the move lists but It seems impossible!
The best moves I can do is with Baraka "Back+High Punch" and "Back, back, back, Low Punch" (Normal moves).
And I've just got up to the last baddie on 1player mode, I thought it was a monkey! How wrong I was! The giant git with half a million arms thrashes me everytime!

When that game was released on the SNES it didn't show blood splattering all around (like it did in the arcade game - and the Mega Drive/Genesis version (which ruled as a game system by the way). This was due to the philosophy of Nintendo. There was a cheat IIRC that made the blood show in the game. Maybe you can try gamefaqs.com to find some info on the game?

On my Snes version there is blood. I don't know if it is as much as the Arcade version though, but there is blood in it... Yep the ol' Mega Drive rocked, but I was forced to sell it. Some games are not the same on PC than on the console...

Hey, what about for a future MK game, if a special secret character is Dan "Toaty" Forden? That would be funny! ;D And what about Kintaro as a playable character? With next gen consoles they should have nearly all the characters there are! There's about 30 characters in DA, so they should be able to at least double it for a next gen game!
