www.retrovisionmag.comDoes anybody know if these books are yet available? The website still says you can pre-order them, and that they'll be available on June 1st (I presumed they mean this year). -Gnorn

Ironically enough, if anyone else hadn't noticed, those books were plugged in the end credits of the film, at the end. So, I would assume they would be available by now.

They're also mentioned on the DVD cover. Maybe they haven't got enough pre-orders to go ahead with publishing?

That wouldn't suprise me at all; how much depth can you really go into describing effects that were cooked up on a MAC in one day most likely? On the other hand, my own morbid curiousity is pushing me to actually check these books out. I get the feeling that the first book details nothing but the legal problems through Hines' own warped point of view.

I think it would make an interesting - somewhat biased - reading of the production. I'm curious about the books and what story it will tell.
