Surley the pp (pendragon pictures not paramount pictures) film requires a bbfc certificate to be sold in the uk, the item listed above is exempt from classification, so is probably a documentary or music video of some kind (very unlikey). Has anyone checked to see if this (the TH film) has region/RCE coding on the disc?
Or is it a DVD±R?

Region 2 British releases need to get a classification.. Except some documentaries. The law is a bit strange on that. It depends on the content but usually the BBFC will go along if a documentary producer want to class their work as 'E' for 'exempt'. I can tell you that, as far as I can tell, this work hasn't had a certificate issued. It's region 0.. probably an import.
