You have to act like you are making a film with artistic pretensions even if it is the most obvious cheap rip off imaginable.
Bottom line: this is a cheap, quickie attempt to cash in on the Spielberg. Film The film could be cheesy fun to watch, but let's not blind ourselves to what it is.

Is this now a fictitiously wished inquiry + suggestion? Whether Timothy Hines enters at all with these inquiry/answers, is also uncertain?
Or fact is already confirmed thies "Exlusive Interview" offical? If, when this comes out?

Although an official Statment (or new Press-Release?) would be really desirable now soon, since NO CINEMA RELEASE (is fact now!) would be more realistic: DVD is already soon set in approx. 6 weeks (15 June 2005) - in USA and Canada.

It is called humor.
It's satire on Hines constant promising of release dates that never happen, climaxing with his change of April 30th with "Coming Soon", which was the last straw for a lot of his supporters.
BTW the DVD release in June is now very much in question; the distriubutor Hines claims to have had a deal with seems to be getting cold feet.

I just have a feeling that Hines is sitting on a beach somewhere with a suitcase holding $42 million laffing his @ss off saying "Dorks......"

That is providing that Timbo ever had 42 Million to begin with, which I really,really,doubt...
One theory that sounds plausible to me is that Hines finsihed the pricipal photography, but ran out of money for postproduction....something which happens quite often in the "no budget" el cheapo film business.
