hi, been an avid follower of the musical version of WOTW since my dad played it on cd many years ago, and i have seen the speilberg film, would have been a good film had i not known/heard of the 'original' lol!
my quesion, is there actually going to be a seperate new CGI film of the musical version of WOTW released in cinema's etc or is it part of the live dvd or somthing, cant seem to find a specific answer anywhere.

Welcome to the Madhouse TannoyBoy  It's supposed to be a stand alone CGI movie without the songs, But it's been (and keeps being) put back to 2008 sadly  I,m sure Horsell Common the member with Jeff's ear...and boy does he want it back will have more info  D.F. |

oh, i was hoping it was a CGI film with the music.... that would have rocked....! It will have the music but not the songs just the orchestrations (kinda like a instrumental version of the original lp), that's what i,ve been lead to believe if i,m wrong i,m sure i,ll soon find out D.F. |

Like D.F has already said, we keep hearing that the film keeps being put back, due to one thing or another. I hope we do get what we have been promised, certainly been let down countless times before now by the film industry. It was stated in the press that the film was due for 2007/early 2008, but don't put to much faith into that. As we will hear, they will release it when their good and ready and not before hand. We have waited 28 years for it so far, few more years won't hurt.
