...in this project instead of the SS or PP vertions.
I am i feel. Especially after seeing the Handling Machine vid.
if they include many missing scenes in the film too from the book then this story will be the one i place my money on...

I have been informed that the R+D on the project is speeding ahead, and the other stuff I have seen is equally impressive as the Fighting, Flying & Handling machines.

You get my vote! It looks better than the Pendragon Version, and it has more feeling than the Paramount film.
Although all I'm sure are to be good films, probably even great films!

[glow=red,2,300]I'm still looking forward most to Pendragon, as Jeff made a fair few changes (though justifiable) but Jeffs version is a very close second! [/glow]

I'm not placing my faith in any version. They're all just movies. I am looking forward to seeing all three for different reasons-
The Jeff Wayne movie will hopefully take a musical that gave me nightmares as a child and give me nightmares as an adult!
I'm looking forward to Spielberg's revision of the story both to see how he does it and to enjoy what looks to be a spectacular and hopefully scary movie.
I am looking forward to seeing the Pendragon movie- firstly just to see how it turns out. Also to see what slant Hines has on it- though plugging it as a direct retelling of the book, he seems to be angling strongly for the horror perspective- by the looks of things a very dark Victorian Freakshow kind of horror. But we'll see....
Other than that, I'm keeping out of the great for/against debates as I see little point in them and don't really have any more than the above to add.
Everything I have seen about the JW version looks fantastic though. If only we didn't have to wait so long...

I honestly dont care
SS I do not pin my hopes in except for being a good movie
PP I don't oin my hopes on, except for it being some form of faithful adaption, better than noting
Jeff Wayne's version, Idon't have faith except for it being faithful toJeff Wayen's vision, which is not a bad thing

[glow=purple,2,300]I have faith in all three. Each mean a different thing to me, and each deserve equal admiration and support until the final viewing is complete.[/glow]

It's the only one thats being released (so far) that's set in Victorian England and will contain much of HGs story.
