The second war of the worlds.

This is a little part of the first book I am writing, as a sequel of the wotw movie by SP 2005. Whithout the caracters, in the movie.

We where home my wife, daughter and me, having supper. Everything was normal, the new normal. And then the lighting started. Not on the top of us, but coming from the Hill. After a short while I opened the basement, and Sub basement doors. when it was done, we went outside. Every neighbors were there on the street, or their door step, hands on their mouth, with frightning look. The lights went out, following the Lightings. Neighbours told me that before the power went out, Their where braking news about a lot of lightnings going on here in usa and all over the world.

It was our desicion to stay on the ground, 5 years after the aliens invasion. So there where things to be done. first we brought more water downstair, in the sub basement, and in the basement. Then I had to go up to the hill to see what was going on.

I Went with 9 other mens, in direction of the hill.

When we got there, What we saw, brought us 10 years back in time. But this time around, there was something new, and frightning. They had two kinds of war machines. The tripods, almost the same as 10 years ago, and another kind. The new machines, had the same cabins, as the tripods, but no legs at all. They where going up and down in an instant, right and left the same, Diagonal. in all directions. These machines could go anywhere, up on the mountains, Islands, and sea.

At that moment, We felt that they really thought that we killed them by ourself 10 years ago. They came back for vengeance, and to take over Earth, Without getting sick this time.

The last, we saw before going back in hiding with are familys, was tripods tearing apart houses, to take humains up, inside their baskets. ;D More to come soon. Chantale.

JUST FOR THE RECORD, THIS SCENE IS COMPLETLY GONE FROM MY IDEAS FOR THE BOOK, IT COULD REAPEAR, IN A MORE SERIOUS MATTER, WITH ARMY AND EVERYTING, WHEN THE ALIENS COME BACK IN THE SECOND, INVASION. IT WILL DEPEND HOW THE STORY WILL SHAPE AT THAT MOMENT, IN TIME.

sr. of course it need work I have a lot written already for the book, From Sciences, to dramma, to war, fears. The book start right at the end of the movie, but no Ray, No nothing else but the machines, and the destructions they made. And this first book is all about what Humans did in different part of the world for 10 years to get back at them if they ever returned. After those 10 years they returned. And again, in the first book we will see the 5 first years of the war between them and us. And for the littles parts that I will send to this forum, to read. I would appreciate very much SR if you can correct the grammar and spelling mistake for the benefit of this forum. What did i do wrong to be born in quebec, instead of other, provinces of Canada. For now you will see grammar mistakes again. But gess what, I have a new friend, as of today, she is living 2 houses from my place, Canada, but she is an american, so yes, there will be less mistake in the future, and on the top of it here in the region we are 50% french 50% english, and most of us are bilingual LOL. so with time it is gonna get better and better.thanks for reading me. chantale.

In the story, was Humanity trying to unravel the alien tech? How is humanity going to fight these critters now. Also, since Earth was invaded, might we be ready with our nuclear missiles to repel them and if necessary to blast their landing sites before they come out of their cylinders!

Hi Xuna the White, every body. This is an answer to Xuna to an to the question of experiments by humains, on Alien themself, and their technology. This answer, is a part of that section.
there you go:

Most of the people left on earth, lives in what I called Ark, for now.
They also worked, in these Arks. Experiments.

Suddently, Everybody, turn their head to right side of them, Because of a loud sound, we discovered How to make work the tripod sound horn. I was the first time, they ear that since the ivasion.
We found the way!!!!!!!!again the tripod call, every body had their hands on their ears. Some where laughing, others where crying, with joy, and some also cried because of the memorys. the third time the horn came, Jack struck Peter in the face, and said. Stop that right now! he new that himself and others, where brought back in time. An seing that faithfull day in their head.
there was no more fight, Everybody took the 2 mans apart, and this time everybody where either laughing or smyling.

In another Ark, the experiment was on the tripods legs, they wanted to be able to make them move from inside the cabin,this ark was only for the legs experiments, the cabin experiment where in another place. One of the thing we wanted to find out, the material composibion of the legs, and what makes them moove like alive being.

In other Arc, experiments on the aliens. we kept a lot of them, to be able to do many king of experiments.

There was no way, that we would detect the cylinder, with our technology, So we have to find why. Laboratory, where there espcially for that, if we find out why, we could also make us undetectable.

Other experiment, is to make theses machines work, this takes a long time, but day by day, weeks bye weeks and so on.
By making the machines work could prevent a death sentence for us. Of course there is also study on the cylinders.

theses Arks are on the two continents.

There is an enourmous thing that humain tought about. How to defend ourselfs with nuclear bombs. This was an important part of the research, to try to beat them whith our technology, in case we dont have enough time to discover theirs.

So one day, we took the chance, to do a small test from nuclear again their material. It didn't work, either because nuclear is not enought, or because of their shield. We did'nt abandon, we try to discover what the sheild is made of, to be able to have one for us. And we continue experiment, to be able to destroy them with our technologie, we have to hurry, just in case.

We also have to do experiments on the heat ray, we want it for ourself to.

About Not detecting the mother ship, we discover it was the same material of cylinders, that made us blind of the mother ship.

of course all that text, is a description of the experiments, in the book, there is gonna be a drama, about us, humains, any kind of personal drama, familys, despair, joy, children, crimes, and everything of what we see about humain, now. The difference in this book humain beings are acting , like anybody that saw and lived , the biggest attack on them by other beings with a hi price in lost lives. After the attack there was only 1/3 of us still alive. about the same for animals and so on.

SO WHEN THE LIFE START, IN THE NEW WORLD, IT WILL COME TO ME, BIT BY BIT ABOUT HOW THEIR LIFE WILL BE, INCLUDING THE EXPERIENCES DONE ABOUT THE ALIENS THEMSELFES AND THEIR MACHINES, TO KNOW MORE, IN CASE THEY COME BACK. WE HAVE TO BE READY.

it was just to say to all of you, the book is going good, I am far from, the experiences for now, Peoples are counting the dead, 2/3 of the humain populations is gone, with everything you can imagines, the army helps, everybody helps, but the very old people or sick people, only for Montreal, a few days after coming out of hiding, there is already 500 childrens without their parents.
there is gonna be more. Medication reserves, are very low, peoples start to dye from asthma, diabety patients dies no more insuline. We try our best to restart the facilities, and all kinds of other facilitys for other needs, It is october in Montreal, it is getting cold, another stress. It is not easy, when we came out of tunnels in the metro(comuter train), Montreal was no more. And this is happening, in all the citys, provinces, states, countrys. Condition not good in town, nor country. this is a little resume of what I am working on now. also I change the title, will probably have to change it later, because I think that I cannot utilise the title War of the Worlds, inside the title. if you know what I mean.

Here is Another part of my story.

of course it is a resume. but it is in order. This follows after the first text I sent before. Talking about death related of lack of prescription drugs.

The Ultimate War Of The World. The Sequel.

Our world, was upside down, nothing we live now, resemble in anyway of our lives we had before the invasion. but the criminality and the way humain are, stayed the same way. There was good humain, and not so good. even, If we where working very hard to make available all humain being needs to live, we had to take care of other issues. Like the mess done by criminals, government structure was also lowered by the attack, but there was anought people left to make a reduced government. To protect peoples from these criminals, The police, army, firerfighter, national guard, with army, Fema, red cross and a lot of other organizations. Fema, was there with red cross, to try to protect directly peoples from from criminals, the rest of them to get these criminals and arrest them. We had to maintain order.What was left of the street gangs, was very active, Especially steeling the prescriptions drugs, to sell it after to the peoples. They also did that with food. They where also trying to get armys equipments. This was not easy, they where arrested almost every time for the attempt to steel from the army. But not 100% and this is not good. We where ostages in their hands for everything we needed to survive. And not long after that they and we all realises, that money was'nt worth anything in this new world. At first they act violently and then, it was better. But humain is what it is, so criminality was still there anyway.

Of course the every day live, was'nt always about violence, It was a monumental work. But we where able to give peoples hope, And the hope was given in a way, to make them realise that everything was beeing done to respond to their needs, and we made them aware of that to reasure them, and it worked.

There where good days and bad days, but the good days surpassed the bad ones after a while.

We where now on the verge, to start productions, of some medecine and milk in the farms and meat, etc, and a lot of other needs, from blanket to clothing.

In the book the pricipal characters are a guy Michael that was'nt married, had no girlfrend, was working for the stock exchange before the invasion. That met a women Danielle in the tunnel, and her 2 childrens her daughter Dana 5 years , and son Dave 8 years old. Her housband had been killed infront her and the childrens by the aliens, a new friend Charles, an later on his girl friend, Carole. At first they stayed all together under the same space in an army tent. As the time will go on there will be a little not much but little more intimacy.

More of my book will follow In the futur.

And it will be about, what we are gonna decide for reconstruction, in a referendum from the government, asking about what kind of reconstruction, we want, with 4 choices. etc etc etc.

Hi this is a resume of what is happening on the Islands(hawaii and more). After the mainland is invaded.

At the same time the mainland was invaded, There was the Island like Hawaii, where peoples, where wondering what was happening. Their situations where a lot different compare to the mainland, but none of the less, scary.

Today, is a day that seems to be normal, but in an instant it changed. We could'nt reach anybody on the mainland, not by phone, not by e-mails, TV coming from the mainland, was gone, only a grey screen, but we still had local tv. We still had local e mails, but no more internet. The phone where not working to reach the mainland, only locals calls.

After a few hours, we became aware, that there was no planes coming in on the Islands, After more hours, still no planes, and no boats, only locals ones.

At first the tourist where more panicking, because of the fact that they could'nt reach their family and friends. For the locals, it started to take toll on the ones that have family members or friends, outside of the Islands.

After 2 more days, it became, pretty bad, peoples where starting to panick, fight togheter, No planes came, no boats came, this means no supplies are coming.

We had to start thinking as if we where alone in the world. And save as much as possible in everything that we needed. Ration everything. Food, Water, Medicine. To be able to manage it in a way to make them available as long as possible, of course we will also start to fish, and taking care of the fruits, and vegetables farms, and plant a lot more of the fruits and vegies, to try to keep it up with the food.

We later on, will have to think to try to reach the mainland, to see what is going on there.
