Sounds interesting! But I bet it's got more chance of being seen than Pendragon's film! ;D

Summer of '78. Feeling bummed out. Went with some friends to see "Sgt. Peppers" starring Frampton and the Bee Gees . Walking down the center aisle of the theater just as this promo film hits the screen. The fighting machine towering over me as I walk down front to one of the few remaining seats. Thinking I MUST GET THIS as the credits roll.
I only saw it once. I NEED TO SEE IT AGAIN......

[glow=purple,2,300]Well, there's supposed to be some rare material on the DVD element of the 6-disc set. Let's hope this is part of it!!
Talking about the promo trailer: I wonder if Jeff will use the original promo for the relaunch of the album, or if he'll create a new one? [/glow]

Egad, I should think he'll use a new one. The old one is VERY 70's. It's fun but wouldn't wash today. It's a sort of a Hammer Horror meets Pigeon Street given the LotR cartoon movie treatment. With a model FM 'menacing' some cut out buildings. Sort of. The Heat Ray is oddly reminisent of Pendragon's.. flourescent squiggly lines and nothing like in the album artwork. It would be nice if we got some CGI from the film but I doubt that any will be ready in time if we're only just getting R&D clips now.
