I was watching an excellent british horror movie called Dog Soldiers the other day:
For those who havent seen it a quick Synopsis: A squad of Brit soldiers on a training mission find a Special forces unit that has been torn to pieces by wearwolves, the soldiers and survivors find a farm house where they try to fend off repeated attacks from the wearwolves until sunrise...
Think Aliens/Predator with a British horror twist and Brit humour.
What has this got to do with HG Wells?
The 'Sarge' (actor Sean Pertwee) in the film's name is Harry G Wells!

From IMdb:
Sean Pertwee's character was named after one of director Neil Marshall's favourite writers....

One would imagine they got a big stick and poked his guts back in... then sewed him up.. and all was well ;D Just have to pick it up and poke it back in...
