War Machine Technical Manual

[shadow=red,left,300]Has anyone given any thought to coming up with a War Machine Technical Manual or just some specs?

I'd be surprised if someone didn't already come up with some notions, if not back in the 50's, then at least in the 80's when the series was on. However, I've been unable to locate any info after doing a Google search.

I know about the blueprints and gaming ssd for Star Fleet Battles but they leave much of the tech in mystery or just didn't peg it down as well as it could be.

This endevour could be a group effort to see what the general consenses is. The best of ideas could then be put down to fill in the gaping holes of alien technical know how.

MARTIAN WAR MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS

(note: these instructions apply only to the 1953 invasion model, for instructions on 1898, 1938, 1978 or 2005 invasion models, please contact your invasion army's mechanic)


1) Put in plug X of controller 1 in slot Z by means of connecting cable Y, making sure the configuration is X(xy1)Y(y2z)Z
2) Press START - repeativly - until it does start
3) Use directional button D to stear the ship from left to right and move it forward and backward
4) Use action button C in combination with directiol button D to move up and down
5) Pressing action button A shoots of green things for which we have no name but kills and destroys anyway
6) Pressing action button B repeativly let's the war machine make a strange hissing noise
7) Pressing and holding action button B shoots of the deadly heatray



WARNING: Standing in front of the war machine while the pilot is using either actioin button A, action button B, or directional button D to move forward, can result in certain injury or death.
