Over at www.theasylum.cc, there June released DVD movie of H.G.Wells' War Of The Worlds has now undergone a name change. It was stated well before June that the film may ay some point have a name change, and there site appears to confirm this. The film has received it's new title of 'Invasion'. The ever helpful Amanda at Asylum just confirmed it for me. The name change is for all territories barring the U.S.. where the film remains 'War of the Worlds'.
Also, the film will possibly be getting a U.K release around the New Year.

From this day on, any movie that involves alien invasion of the earth that is released in the USA will, without fail, be called 'War of the Worlds" (with a more suitable title elsewhere) ;D ;D |
