Intersting find.
Looks kinda unwieldy and more likey to be blown apart by someone with an RPG in Iraq if they sent it there like that.
Still I understand the ideas behind it - though I think in the role of crowd control, in 1st world countries it would prove successful.

I heard of this before when rumors were circulating about the development of this weapon. It's a bit frightening really, history showed us many times that the military weren't fully prepared for the power of their own technology.
