When's that from? quality of the photography looks fairly old I have no idea, but at a guess, early/mid 90s? The tripods are the first gen 'Comet Miniatures' models which came out in 1992.

Oh I've seen it, better yet played it. This was on display near 16 years ago at one of Sheffield Uni's warggame conventions.

I remember that sort of shennanigens from when I were a lad- warhammer/40K/Battletech games made on enormouse landscapes- spraypainted cotton wool towers for smokes. Beautifully painted figures/models. Good stuff- though I stuck mainly to dice and rulebooks- Paranoia and Cthulhu.
